Meet Daniel Cezimbra

Owning your own home — and choosing to sell it when you wish — is the bedrock of the American dream, and nobody knows that better than Dan. “My parents brought me to this country when I was 5-years old,” he explains. “They left Brazil seeking the American dream.”

 

Once settled stateside, Dan’s father established himself in the autobody industry. “He thought that would be my dream, too, but I went toward real estate.” And for as long as he can remember, real estate has been his passion. “Homes… their style, their characteristics, their history… it’s always fascinated me,” says Dan. Getting his feet wet in the industry, he flipped homes for a time, before making a name for himself in 2012 as a real estate agent; he’s now fully licensed in both New York and Connecticut.

 

Dan grew up in rental properties, and “the ideal of home ownership is something that stuck with me throughout my life.” It’s no wonder, therefore, that Dan absolutely thrives on getting his clients to their version of “dream home” no matter how they describe it and at whatever stage they’re in, from the desire for a private residence or condo to the coup of owning an investment property. “I love their happy faces when they close on the deal.” He knows and understands exactly how they feel, as a proud and happy Eastchester homeowner; not to mention a happy husband and proud father of three.

 

Dan’s clients walk away happy because he’s especially skilled at keeping calm and guiding them through the “turbulence,” as he calls it. “It can be a war out there in this industry.” To that end, he is a highly responsive ally, and he never forgets a client. “The relationship continues after the closing is complete.”

 

Along with his day-to-day real estate transactions, Dan is also a landlord of multiple properties, further cementing his business and financial acumen in the field, and giving him that many more opportunities to fulfill his own dream of making people happy with the vision of home sweet home.
