Meet Georgette Fryburg

With a background in business and an eye for design, Georgie has excelled in the fast-paced world of fashion, but real estate has been in her bones since day one. She grew up watching her parents buy, renovate, and sell properties, and she lived in many of the homes her parents built from the ground up At her first opportunity, Georgie purchased a property of her own and renovated it like a pro from top to bottom. She then bought an investment property and did the same.

 

And, then 2021. A time, like for so many, to consider what is really important and what she truly wants from her life and her work. “I took a leap of faith toward what I am passionate about and I landed at Gino Bello Homes!” she says, bursting with energy and excitement. “I am never looking back.”

 

An upbeat and welcoming people-person to the core, Georgie is a keen relationship builder and she loves that real estate gives her the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone’s life. “A home is one of the most important things in a person’s life,” she says. “When I can be the one to help someone buy, sell, or rent a home, it’s just the best feeling in the world.”

 

With knowledge and a knack for design, plus an innate ability for creating what she calls “fun, Instagramable spaces,” Georgie helps her clients envision the true potential in a property — an invaluable skill when it comes to Westchester’s fixer uppers or clients who work from home. “Friends and family have always relied on me for this and now it’s my life’s work.” In many ways, it always has been. All that was missing was the right timing and a little push to purse her passion.
