Estate Inspection Group Inc. is a home inspection firm licensed in both New York and Connecticut. Established in 2015, we have already performed thousands of comprehensive home inspections throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Fairfield Counties.
Steven Silva, Owner & Lead Inspector, has over 20 years of construction experience, growing up and working for his family’s high-end masonry contracting company. Having received his Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from NYU in 2009, he worked as a high-end residential construction project manager in Connecticut & New York for over 5 years prior to opening Estate Inspection Group. He is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) affiliated with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Our focus is not only performing a comprehensive inspection based on our industry’s Standards of Practice, but we specialize in educating our clients on what homeownership is all about, placing an emphasis on the importance of proactive home care & maintenance.
