We provide a thorough and detailed report with numerous photos describing any deficiencies found with your home and provide recommendations on how to proceed with these deficiencies.
Our inspection will include observations of the structure such as foundation, walls, roof, windows, doors, insulation, basement or crawlspace and attic. We also inspect plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems which are all part of the home inspection. For an additional fee we can provide radon testing ( highly recommended when purchasing a new home) and water testing.
Our reports are completed with the latest software available to Home Inspectors. The average home will generate a PDF file report of 70 plus pages that will be emailed to you the same day.
We all want to own that dream home, don’t make the mistake of not hiring a home inspector and be stuck with a money pit. Most often deficiencies are found that prospective homeowners were unaware of. We recommend that you accompany the inspector to learn more about the home. We will explain our findings throughout the inspection process so that you can become familiar with the way things work and understand what needs to be repaired or replaced.
We want to protect your financial interest. In most cases, we find needed repairs that you could use to re-negotiate the sale price of the home with the sellers saving you thousands of dollars!
